Do I need experience to join?+
You can start with the Start Here module and real estate fundamentals, then move into research, deal analysis, and the strategies you want to explore.
What languages are available for the website and lessons?+
The website and curriculum guide are available in English and Arabic. Academy lessons teach U.S. real estate investing in Arabic, including the English terms used in the market.
What is included in both memberships?+
Standard and Elite both include weekly live classes and access to all recorded videos while your membership is active. Standard includes one private call with Hayder. Elite includes 10 private calls, 40–60 minutes each, alongside its additional guidance, group, resources, and tools.
What does Elite add?+
Elite includes personal guidance from planning through purchase, guidance on Turnkey and BRRRR, 10 private calls with Hayder lasting 40–60 minutes each, a private investor group, and investment resources and tools.
Can I book an additional private session?+
Yes. The additional paid options are a 1-hour call for $100 or a 1.5-hour video coaching session for $149.99. Arrange scheduling and booking with the academy on Skool.
Can I pay annually?+
Yes. Standard is $79 per month or $815 per year. Elite is $149 per month or $1,530 per year. All prices are in USD.
